The Thames Room

Conference rooms are many things to many people and our Thames Room is versatile and the ideal venue for all types of business meetings, seminars, conferences and training. Light, airy and comfortable providing seating for 12-40 people with a flexible layout that can be prepared to your specification.  The room hire is fully inclusive of self service tea and coffee.  Chilled water is available within the conference room.

 

  • Whether you are hosting a business breakfast or need a working lunch we have a range of catering services to suit.
  • To give your guests a professional greeting our reception and badging service can generate personalised badges and provide that additional welcoming touch.

 

The Thames Room is equipped with a range of AV presentation facilities and hearing loop; with the set up comes technical assistance to ensure your event runs smoothly.

 

All our rooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with wireless broadband, white boards and pens and carefully prepared before your arrival.
